Bangui Windmills
As per wikipilipinas.org, these 15 giant fans supplies 40% electricity to the Ilocos Region. However, we were told that it now only supplies 15% electricity to the province. Some of the windmills were not powered when we visited the place.

I think the use of turbines are a great idea and I would like to see more of them in use. I think I have seen them on the internet for personal use as well. If they work, maybe all of us should consider getting one for our homes and businesses. Thanks for the info and wonderful pictures.
