Bangui Windmills

As per wikipilipinas.org, these 15 giant fans supplies 40% electricity to the Ilocos Region. However, we were told that it now only supplies 15% electricity to the province. Some of the windmills were not powered when we visited the place.





My sole reason for going to Ilocos Norte. The rest were just add-ons...
