Laoag City

We did a quick tour of Laoag City courtesy of Edwin. Our first stop was at the Museo Ilocos Norte. We then headed to the Provincial Capitol Building of Ilocos Norte on foot since it was just a walking distance from the Museo Ilocos Norte. Then we went straight to the Sinking Bell Tower and St. William Cathedral and also to the City Hall of Laoag.
